One vehicle, start to finish.
Here is the path a car takes through Garage Service Hub, and who touches it at each step.
Reception
The vehicle arrives. Staff find or create the customer and vehicle, note the complaint and odometer, and open a work order.
Inspection and estimate
The technician inspects. An estimate is prepared and can be shared with the customer for review before work starts.
Work on the floor
Technicians are assigned and clock time against the job. The floor monitor shows each job's status.
Parts issuance
Parts are requested from the store and issued against the work order. Unused parts are returned with a record.
Invoice and payment
The invoice is built from labour and parts on the job. Payments and receipts are recorded; corrections stay visible.
Books and follow-up
The transaction feeds reports and statements. The customer keeps vehicle history and reminders in the app.
Getting started
After access is approved, you set up your workshop: departments, staff and permissions, parts categories, and your own opening hours and booking rules. Garage Service Hub does not impose a schedule.
Your customers
Vehicle owners use the customer app to see their vehicles, book within your hours and review estimates.
Open the customer appSee your own workshop in it before you decide.
