What the product stores
Workshops enter records needed to run their business: customers, vehicles, work orders, parts, staff, invoices and payments. Vehicle owners using the customer app have account and vehicle details tied to the workshop that serves them.
Who controls workshop data
Each workshop is responsible for the customer information it enters and for telling its own customers how it is used.
This website
When you submit an inquiry, your name, email, workshop details and message pass through our server and email provider to the Mosaada contact inbox so we can respond. Do not include passwords, payment details or customer records. The form does not create a workshop or activate a subscription. Language and theme preferences may be kept in your browser.
Retention and deletion
Formal retention periods have not yet been finalised. Contact info@mosaada.net with any request about your data.
